Residence Inn Portland Scarborough

We chose this location for the indoor pool and hit tub, so we were very disappointed when we arrived and were told that they were both closed for renovations. The property manager and reception staff were great though, and quickly allowed us to change our reservation to a nearby sister hotel that at least had an indoor pool available to use. Would love to go back and actually stay the night, once the pool and hit tub are available again.

Cindy (at the front desk) was especially helpful. Having microwavable food available in the lobby was also helpful to us.

breakfast was not great jimmy dean breakfast sandwich in wrapper and no waffle maker like best western ect

Breakfast was fine.

I liked the fact that we had a full kitchen and living area.
